Refund policy

Our customer's 100% satisfaction is what we strive for, no matter what. Our standard return policy is a 30-day return policy with the product in the same condition as you received it in.

This means that we trust if you're returning a hat you have worn it for try on purposes only. PLEASE BEND THE BRIM TO YOUR LIKING! A bent brim will 100% still be accepted as part of our return policy. Our brims are a thicker and higher quality, so just like breaking in a pair of fine leather shoes, it takes a little time and wear. We ask that you don't damage the hat and that you don't wear it beyond reasonable 'try on at home' wear. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ben@vandrebrand.com. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return your hat. Once the return is received, a full refund will be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Only in the most extreme situations would a return be rejected (e.g. the product is entirely damaged). You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
