Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is free. We ship our hats through USPS First Class Mail. Upgraded shipping is available at checkout for a fee. We don't like when we have to pay for shipping, so why should you!
What if my Vandre hat doesn't fit?
Free returns for a full refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason. All you have to do is email Ben@VandreBrand.com to start the return (include your order number). You'll be provided a USPS return label and then a full refund will be processed once received. The hat must be in new condition (e.g., you tried it on, wore it around a bit and decided it's not for you).
Be sure to try the nylon adjustable closure to make it larger or smaller. The excess fabric will feed back into the back of the strap for a seamless look.
How do I wash my hat?
Our premium athleisure hats can endure a lot, so caring for it is important! While you can machine wash it on cold and hang it to dry, we recommend just submerging it in cool water with detergent then rinse it and hang dry. Do not twist the hat to remove water.
Do you have extra large sizes?
We do. Our black athleisure fit comes in our standard size and also a large size. The larger size is built for a deeper fit (larger noggin). We have some customers that prefer a deeper fit even with a standard head size, to eaches own!
Is this an unconstructed hat or constructed?
Our athleisure hat has two front panels that are firmer than our linen and wool hats. Since the dry fit material is thinner, we opted for a bit more structure on this particular hat so make sure it provides the same all day comfort.
Is the hat adjustable?
Yes. Our athleisure hats have a nylon micro-adjustable closure that is meant to size the hat perfectly to your head. This can be loosened or tightened similar to a strap on a backpack, with the excess fabric feeding back into the hat.
